Tina Bokuchava - The occupation cannot be equated with any other problem
‘The primary problem that poses a serious threat to the country is occupation and it cannot be equated with any other problem,’ Tina Bokuchava, the member of the United National Movement said in response to Georgian President’s statement.
Bokuchava added that the government has not got the resources to solve the problems with friendly or hostile states.
‘The primary and strategic problem that poses a serious threat to the country is occupation and cannot be equated with any other problem, even the problem of border demarcation, with a friendly country like Azerbaijan.
This problem can be resolved in a political format, but unfortunately, the country has a government that has not got the resources to solve the problems with friendly or hostile states,’ Bokuchava said.
The President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili said on Tuesday that regarding Vazha Gaprindashvili’s detention technical formats have no result. As the president noted, Georgia is ‘stuck’ in this technical format, which carries on without tangible result.
