Thousands downloaded GPB Mobile TV App

Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB)’s new mobile VOD app already has 8,000 users since February 5.

Mobile App aims to premier GPB projects consistently. 2,500 users watched the first episode of the new season of the TV series Ideal Mother (Idealuri Deda) premiered on Tuesday.

Georgian Public Broadcaster has developed a new mobile application Mobile TV, as a part of its Digital First strategy.

Mobile TV integrates several directions, including educational and entertainment programs. It also offers the daily news briefly. Users have access to the updated archive of the Teleschool (Teleskola) program too.

Users can find content (videos, podcasts, etc.) specially produced for the App. It allows users to create their playlist, download videos, and subscribe to the favorite rubric. Mobile App offers original content (videos, podcasts, etc.). The content number increases alongside the App development.

Mobile TV App is available on App Store and Play Store.
