Tea Tsulukiani: We prove our truth based on evidence confidently in Strasbourg Court
Georgia has a very important dispute against Russia in the Strasbourg Court, – Tea Tsulukiani, the Minister of Justice made this statement.
As Tea Tsulukiani notes, government agencies have collected up to 700 evidences during the last five years in order to demonstrate not just the truth, but to gain court ruling for the first time.

We prove our truth based on evidence confidently in the Strasbourg Court” – Tsulukiani said.
According to Minister, Georgia defends this position in European Court of Human rights in Strasbourg and within the framework of ongoing investigation at The Hague Court.
“The investigation is led by the Hague Prosecutor’s Office and there is our main line to demonstrate the ethnic cleansing of Georgians, torture of Sopromadze, Antsukhelidze and other prisoners of war, the facts of the murder. Therefore, I refuse to make comments on political statements of presidential candidates or politicians, because it’s just statements. My statement is a government position, the position of the country, this is a legal position, which we defend and will defend in the international courts” – Tsulukiani said.
