Tbilisi to host FIBA U20 European Championship Division B

Tbilisi will host FIBA U20 European Championship Division B in 2020. The decision was made at the third meeting of the FIBA board in Cologne, Germany on November 10.

According to Paata Guraspauli, President of the Georgian Basketball Federation, the decision made in favour of Georgia was significantly preconditioned by the fact that Georgian capital city of Tbilisi will host EuroBasket 2021.
