“Yesterday, we analyzed and identified the most active and hysterical individuals. These were representatives of the collective United National Movement and “elderly swindlers.” I think the public knows very well who these elderly swindlers are,” said Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.

It is widely understood, as Kaladze points out, what certain opposition representatives stand for.

“How did you behave? What statements did you make? What kind of hysteria was this? What kind of detailed message box is this? I repeat the capital and the country have a powerful government today that will not allow the public to be misled, deceived and lied to. Of course, we will complete the Tsereteli Avenue project. We will carry out other important work that the capital needs, everything will be done for the future of our country. 2024 is an important year. We have many interesting projects planned, and there are ongoing projects that will be completed. We’re not going to pay any attention to the undercover agents’ hysterical campaign. We have our own path. We know what we are doing. We know that our city, our children, future generations need, and this attitude and these approaches will continue,” Kaladze said.

According to the Tbilisi Mayor, the public knows perfectly well what each politician and each political party represents.

“Everyone knows perfectly well who has what background, what the leaders of those “old swindlers party” were doing. Today, some are trying to mislead the public, as if, conventionally, “Lelo” is a new party represented by unfamiliar faces. Who are these fresh faces? Is Khazaradze a new face? Maybe representatives of his party? Is Usupashvili a new face? Is Samadashvili a new face? In fact, this is one team called UNM. Maybe Mr. Khazaradze was not a member of the United National Movement, but he was the first to commit these dirty deeds and was Saakashvili’s henchman. Doesn’t society remember all this? Has anyone forgotten?
