Georgian capital Tbilisi is hosting a two-day regional conference ‘Media During The War.’
The event is organized by the Council of Europe for media representatives, media experts, and civil society activists from the EU Eastern Partnership countries – Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The attendees are discussing the main challenges faced by the media amid Russia’s war in Ukraine.
Giorgi Gvimradze, Director of the GPB News and Current Affairs Department, is attending the conference.
The event also includes a photo exhibition, “The aggressive war of Russia against Ukraine: the work of journalists”, as well as a screening of the documentary film “Mariupol-2”, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
