Tbilisi Airport receives several flights after heavy fog

Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli International Airport has received several flights, after saying it was unable to do so because of the heavy fog.

Air Arabia’s Sharjah-Tbilisi flight has already been landed at the airport, TAV Georgia told GPB First Channel.

Two of the three flights from Dubai went to Tbilisi, one to Baku, and the Tashkent-Tbilisi flight of Uzbekistan Airlines landed at Sochi airport.

The morning flights from Baku, Yerevan, and Istanbul that were meant to land in Tbilisi were delayed for several hours.

For the record, heavy fog prevented a number of aircraft from landing at Tbilisi International Airport.
