Tamaz Kvlividze charged for Basiani incident detained in court hall

Tamaz Kvlividze, 27, charged for having wounded one police officer and 2 security guards of Basiani Night Club Tbilisi, has been imposed imprisonment. Appeals Court today discussed the complaint filed by Prosecutor’s Office into incident at Basiani Night Club and detained Kvlividze in court hall.

Prosecutor’s Office complains against the decision made by Tbilisi City Court based on which Tamaz Kvlividze, 27-year-old man, who is charged for having wounded one police officer and 2 security guards of Basiani Night Club, has been released on bail.

The incident took place on January 13. The charged person was presented indictment under three articles.
