Sweden remains Georgia’s strong supporter on path of integration into European Union. Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallström declared at the press-conference after holding a meeting with Georgian and Polish colleagues

‘Sweden remains Georgia’s firm supporter in terms of Georgia’s European spirit and its European integration. You are a very progressive member of Eastern Partnership that implements democratic reforms and combats corruption in the region.

You are very successful in terms of the efforts and this is recognized in the reports we have prepared concerning Georgia’s democracy and rule of law. You enjoy good marks but you will have to work hard in the future in order to fulfill DCFTA and Association agreements,’ Wallström claimed.
