Strict quarantine regime will be lifted in Lentekhi municipality and Khidiskuri village, but the state of emergency will be maintained in these places, – Georgian PM’s spokesperson Irakli Chikovani announced today after a meeting of the Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Government.
According to him, important measures were taken both in Lentekhi municipality as well as in the village of Khidiskuri.
“Important measures were taken both in Lentekhi municipality as well as in the village of Khidiskuri. All contacts have been examined, all people have been inspected as much as possible. An analysis of each of these places has allowed us to make that decision. This decision was made today at the Coordination Council, ” – Irakli Chikovani said.
Due to the spread of coronavirus, Lentekhi municipality was placed under lockdown on April 10.
