Street musicians to hold concert at Orbeliani Palace on January 19

Street musicians will hold a concert in the yard of the Orbeliani Palace. Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili’s initiative aims to support and popularize young artists.

“A part of the president’s strategy is to promote and support young artists, especially amid the pandemic”, the president’s advisor Irina Shengelia stated.

“The Orbeliani Palace retrieves its tradition. This building was a venue for the prominent part of a society of that era, which frequently hosted concerts and salons”, she added.

The concert will kick off at 6 pm local time, on January 19. Street musicians, Davit Evgenidze and Band, will play.
