Street musicians may be subjected to certain regulations,- Sergi Gvarjaladze, Head of Tbilisi Nigh Economy Development makes the regarding statement.
According to Gvarjaladze, there are very talented musicians on the street, but there are also people who are not musicians, which “damages not only our citizens but leaves unpleasant impression on tourists.”
“Probably street musicians may be required to have a certificate that will allow them to play in the street,” Gvarjaladze says.
