State flags to fly at half-mast at administrative buildings (Photo)

State flags on administrative buildings and diplomatic representations across Georgia will fly at half-mast to commemorate the August 2008 Russia-Georgia war victims on the 13th anniversary of military hostilities.

The flag lowered to half-mast at the Governmental Administration, Presidential Palace, Parliament, Ministry of Internal Affairs and other state institutions.

August 2008 war claimed the lives of over 400 people. More than 2 232 people got injured, among them 1 045 soldiers.
