The State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) Counter-Intelligence Department prevented a premeditated murder of an Israeli citizen planned by a criminal group in Georgia.
The SSG apprehended Pakistani and Iranian nationals with dual citizenship and identified the perpetrators of the crime through operative investigation efforts.
According to the investigation, the detained Pakistani citizen received instructions and was provided with a leased flat in Georgia. He discreetly monitored the subject’s movement patterns. The Iranian-Georgian citizen became involved in the scheme to supply the Pakistani with a weapon.
