Speaker emphasizes unity and tradition at Shuamtoba celebration

Parliament Speaker  Shalva Papuashvili celebrated the Shuamtoba in Beshumi, emphasizing unity, progress, and cultural preservation. During his speech, Papuashvili congratulated attendees and highlighted the significance of such traditions in uniting the country.

“Congratulations, may God give our country unity, progress, and let love always reign in our hearts,” Papuashvili said.

He praised the spirit of togetherness that Shuamtoba fosters, bringing family members, friends, and fellow villagers together. “This united spirit with which the mountain unites all. Such celebrations are at the heart of our cultural identity. These mountains are the centre of the preservation of our cultural identity. Such holidays are important, where all together, the whole of Georgia celebrates our unity, our togetherness, traditions, culture,” ,” he noted.
