The sitting of Georgia-Azerbaijani state border delimitation Commission will be held on May 23-24 in Baku.
Foreign Ministry told First Channel that the sitting will be headed by Deputy Foreign Ministers of the two countries Lasha Darsalia and Khalap Khalapov.
The meeting between Chairpersons of State Border Delimitation Commissions took place on May 14 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
According to Georgian Foreign Ministry, representatives of Georgia and Azerbaijan underlined that any provocation regarding Davit Gareja, a rock-hewn Georgian Orthodox monastery complex located in Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia, was unacceptable.
Foreign Ministry reported that the sides agreed to guide with strategic partnership spirit during the delimitation process and expressed readiness for upholding construction attitude in leading of negotiations.
