Shalva Tadumadze – No instructions received in court from Prosecutor’s Office
The court receives no instructions from the Prosecutor’s Office – General Prosecutor Shalva Tadumadze, who is the candidate for the post of a judge at Supreme Court of Georgia, said during the interview ongoing at High Council of Justice with judicial candidates.
According to Tadumadze, judges participate in the management of the Prosecutor’s Office. During the interview, the judicial candidate also said that attitude toward other authorities had to be changed. “Problems will always exist if the court is not recognized as being the authority,” Tadumadze said.
