Shalva Natelashvili - Dictatorship reigns in Georgia, family dynasty in Azerbaijan

The leader of the Labor Party, Shalva Natelashvili, said, “Azerbaijan is cleaning the cells in the area of Davit Gareja monastery complex, which is a step towards annexing the territory.”

“The oligarch eventually gave Gareja monastery complex to the Aliyev regime. The cells are being cleaned. We face complete annexation,” Shalva Natelashvili said.

As Natelashvili noted, there are similarities between the Georgian and Azerbaijani authorities.

“There are two shameful regimes in the Caucasus. Georgians and Azerbaijanis had common paths of development. We have the same future, but dictatorship reigns in Georgia, family dynasty in Azerbaijan.

The regimes that do not take into consideration their people’s interests. On the contrary, they misappropriate funds, falsifying elections, usurping the power, and prove to each other that they held democratic elections.

Aliyev’s election has now been condemned by the entire progressive world. The only one who said it was democratic and successful was the Georgian government,” Shalva Natelashvili said.
