In order to take part in the second round election, the voters residing abroad should go through the registration at relevant diplomatic representation or at consular institutions before November 11. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs released the regarding information.

Voters also may implement the mentioned procedure online through the consular website (https://geoconsul.gov.ge/ka/register/visit)
