Salome Zurabishvili spends more than 1 million GEL on TV advertising
Salome Zurabishvili, an independent presidential candidate supported by the ruling team spent more than 1 million GEL on TV advertisement for her pre-election campaigning on October 3-16 –declarations reflecting elections related activities are posted on a web-page of State Audit Service.
Zurabishvili spent most of the money for advertising allocated in the air of Imedi TV (615 662 GEL), political advertising on Rustavi 2 TV Company cost 215 thousand GEL. Zurabishvili’s political advertisements were also aired by Pirveli TV and regional broadcasters.
Based on the data of Audit Service, National Movement Party spent 200 thousand GEL on TV advertising in the period from September 12 to October 2.
