Salome Pazhava to compete in final

Baku is hosting the 37th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championship. Three Georgian gymnasts are taking part in the competition: Salome Pazhava, Natela Bolataeva and Ketevan Arbolishvili.

Georgian team took ninth place in the team competition. 42 countries are taking part in the Championship.

In addition, leader of Georgian team Salome Pazhava went to the final and she will compete in the decisive round along with 23 other gymnasts.

The Championships is the qualification competition for the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo in 2020. So, 16 individual gymnasts will qualify for the Games.
