Sakrebulo member Temur Gorgadze imposed imprisonment

Temur Gorgadze, a member of Tbilisi Sakrebulo (City Assembly) was imposed imprisonment. Gorgadze’s case was discussed by Tbilisi City Court today.

The lawyer demanded imposition of bail to his defendant. Gorgadze detained Anti-Corruption Agency of State Security Service was indicted on charge of taking bribe. However, the article was re-qualified and the person was charged for swindling.

Temur Gorgadze is a Majoritarian (single mandate) deputy of Krtsanisi district of Tbilisi.
