Ruslan Abashidze becomes Chairman of Government of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

Ruslan Abashidze has been appointed as the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.

The majority of members of the Abkhazian Supreme Council supported Ruslan Abashidze’s candidacy.

According to Abashidze, he will present an action plan and start the formation of his cabinet in the next few days.

Ruslan Abashidze served as deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equality.
