The National Environment Agency has released a forecast for the weather in Georgia for October 1-3.
According to the agency, from the second half of October 1 until October 3, intermittent rain with thunderstorms is expected across the country, with heavy rainfall in some areas. There is a possibility of hail, increased wind speeds, and a sea storm surge reaching 3-4 points.
The agency warned that the anticipated precipitation could cause significant rises in water levels in small rivers and trigger landslides in hilly and mountainous areas, indicating a medium-level threat.
