The National Environment Agency of Georgia has issued a warning about expected adverse weather conditions.
From the evening of September 4 until the evening of September 6, the country is expected to experience intermittent rain, with some areas facing heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, hail, and strong winds. Additionally, a 3-4-point storm at sea is anticipated.
The agency has also cautioned that the expected precipitation could lead to flooding in small rivers across Georgia. In hilly and mountainous regions, there is a risk of landslides and mudslides, with a medium-level danger warning in effect.
