The Concilium of the Public Defender has released a conclusion regarding the health of Georgia’s ex-president, Mikheil Saakashvili.
The report mentions a positive dynamic in terms of weight gain and a negative orthostatic test. However, it notes that cognitive deterioration, muscle hypotrophy, neuropathy, anxiety, and depression persist.
“While there is positive progress due to the supervision and treatment of highly professional doctors in a multi-professional clinic, the overall psychoneurological pathologies remain. Therefore, the patient’s condition does not allow for solid positive forecasts,” the report notes.
The Concilium visited Mikheil Saakashvili in the Vivamedi Clinic on January 25.
