Prosecutor not rules out starting criminal prosecution against Data Akhalaia into Patarkatsishvili’s case

When the investigation will have relevant evidence, I do not rule out starting the criminal prosecution against Data Akhalaia, former head of Georgia’s Constitutional Security Department, – Prosecutor of this case Davit Gumberidze stated in “Moambe – Day Topic” Program of the First Channel.
“At this stage, there is not enough evidence for carrying out criminal prosecution against Data Akhalaia. In the given case, the investigation determined the crime involving three defendants” – Gumberidze stated.
According to the prosecutor’s office of Georgia, the fact of plotting of Badri Patarkatsishvili’s murder has been opened.
