Prosecutor - Investigation did not receive convincing answers on part of the questions
According to prosecutor Maia Jvarshelishvili after the question of Paata Burchuladze, the interests of the investigation were partially satisfied.
According to her, the investigation did not receive convincing and exhaustive answers on part of the questions.
“Several parts lacked convincingness; For example, Paata Burchuladze was renting high-class hotels while staying in Tbilisi, as well as the travel expenses of Burchuladze and his spouse were covered by foundation. There were no exhaustive answers on these issues, ” – Maia Jvarsheishvili said.
According to the prosecutor, the issue related to transfer of money to the party was not discussed during the questioning.
Paata Burchuladze, founder of “Iavnana” (Lullaby) Charity Foundation was questioned in Court today. The case refers to probing into possible fact of embezzlement of foundation funds.
