Two persons who have been arrested for murder charges have been sentenced to pretrial detention.
The juvenile accused of murdering two school students didn’t say anything at the court session – Ioseb Khutsishvili, the prosecutor made the regarding statement after the session.
Prosecutor’s Office demanded imprisonment as a preventive measure for the both of accused and court fully shared the position of the investigative agency and satisfied the motion.
In addition, Khutsishvili explained that charges will be presented against the persons detained today for concealing the crime within the term established by law.
Today’s session was closed as case referred to underage persons.
Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office presented criminal charges against two juveniles – G.B. and G.J. on the fact of premeditated murder, which occurred at Khorava Street in Tbilisi on December 1.
