Procedural Issues and Rules Committee approved 2025 action plan

The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee has approved its 2025 Action Plan. The plan outlines the committee’s legislative, oversight, and other activities for the current year. Additionally, committee members, who will be responsible for each direction, have been designated.

The meeting also reviewed the results of studying information received from parliamentary committees regarding mandatory attendance and hearings of officials at committee meetings.

According to the presented document, during the reporting period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, none of the parliamentary committees made decisions about inviting officials to meetings. Also, no faction or political group requested mandatory attendance of officials at committee meetings. During the studied period, none of the officials specified in Article 40, Paragraph 1 of the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure requested to be heard at committee meetings.

Under the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the committee studies and presents results of information received from committees regarding mandatory attendance and hearings of officials at committee meetings once every three months and takes appropriate action.

The committee will present the results of the studied issue to the Parliamentary Bureau.
