President’s Avlabari Residence to be used for hosting high ranking guests

The main part of President’s Avlabari Palace will be used for hosting high ranking guests – Lasha Zhvania, Head of the President’s Administration, told reporters on Tuesday.

“This is not the decision of the President’s Administration. This is the agreement between the President and the Prime Minister the main part of Avlabari Residence to be named the Palace of State Ceremonies,” Lasha Zhvania said.

When asked what kind of ceremonies will the palace host, the Head of the President’s Administration replied that it will be used for reception ceremonies of “the highest and high ranking guests.”
