President’s parliamentary secretary, Giorgi Mskhiladze, on Monday said the president would veto the Law on transparency of Foreign Influence.
“European Union, NATO Secretary General, our international partners, strategic partners, the United States noted that the adoption of the said law would hinder Georgia on its European integration path,” Mskhiladze noted.
“Accordingly, we requested the bureau not to register the law and not to start discussion in the committees,” he said.
