PM: We will pass law that prohibits protesters, counter-rally participants from covering faces
“We will pass a law that prohibits protesters, including counter-rally participants, from covering their faces,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said on Sunday.
“This is a very important law that will help prevent violence during gatherings. Such laws are in place in many European Union member nations.
We will technically manage to organize the adoption of the relevant law by the end of next week. This law will be fully implemented by the end of the month,” Kobakhidze noted.
