Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili met Senior Vice President of the German conglomerate Siemens Energy, Ariel Porat on Tuesday.
The meeting held at the Governmental Administration focused on Georgia’s favourable investment environment and the opportunities enjoyed by the country through FTAs with the EU, neighbouring countries, and China.
Siemens Energy showed interest to invest in Georgia. According to the PM, the Georgian government welcomes Siemens Energy’s interest in the country and manufacturing opportunities. He pledged to provide maximal support.
The German multinational conglomerate Siemens operates across a variety of directions and employs tens of thousands of people.
