Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will deliver his annual report to the parliament on Friday.
The 151-page report on the governmental program implementation reflects foreign policy, security, conflict resolution, human rights, economic development, social affairs and governance.
The opposition plans to ask the PM about the Covid-19 pandemic management and understatement regarding the Gelati Monastery Complex.
On their part, the parliamentary majority MPs expect the Prime Minister to elaborate on coping with economic challenges.
According to majority MP Givi Mikanadze, the government, the parliament and the ruling team united in responding to the pandemic-related challenges. He said the pandemic proved the significance of the coordinated approach of the government.
“Now the situation is much better that allows us to restore the economy to the previous-years indices,” Mikanadze claimed.
