PM: Georgian gov't pays attention to environmental issues

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze says the Georgian government pays “a lot of attention” to environmental issues as he is attending the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan.

As the PM stated, “The government has written the necessary guarantees at the constitutional level that will affect environmental protection.”

Kobakhidze believes “It is critical to share Georgia’s experience and listen to the views of partners at the conference.”
