PM congratulates Georgian team on winning Rugby Europe Championship

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze has congratulated the Georgian national rugby team on winning the Rugby Europe Championship.

The head of government, along with President Mikheil Kavelashvili and members of the Cabinet, attended the final at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium.

The Georgian national rugby team beat the Spanish team 46:28, winning its eighth consecutive title and its 17th title overall.

After the match, the Prime Minister met with the rugby players and coaches and congratulated them on their victory.
