Parliamentary majority nominates Nino Lomjaria as candidate for Public Defender's post

The parliamentary majority has officially nominated Nino Lomjaria as a candidate for Public Defender’s post.
The heads of all factions, being in the parliamentary majority, have signed the relevant document.
The majority discussed seven candidacies to the post of Public Defender , including Ana Natsvlishvili, Nino Lomjaria, Zviad Koridze and Vakhushti Menabde.
Duty terms of current Ombudsman Ucha Nanuashvili expire on December 7. Parliament elects Public Defender with 5 year term.
