Parliament plans to ban ads, programs propagating hate speech

Parliament proposes changes to the Law on Broadcasting aimed at banning the distribution of advertisements and programs propagating hate speech and terrorism.

As explained in the draft, relevant regulatory bodies in EU member states are responsible for controlling issues related to hate speech and incitement to terrorism in programs and advertisements.
