Parents in Tbilisi can take food from kindergarten till it resumes working

By the decision of the Tbilisi City Hall and Tbilisi Kindergarten Management Agency, Parents in Tbilisi can take non-perishable foods from kindergarten until it resumes working, Mayor of Tbilisi said.

“Unfortunately for many families, for many parents, sending a child to the kindergarten is important not only in terms of education but also in providing full nutrition.

Suspension of the educational process for such families and children may cause other kinds of problems and become an additional burden for parents,” Tbilisi Mayor Kakhi Kaladze said.

Mayor of Tbilisi noted that parents will be able to take packaged foods once in 14 days. Hygiene and safety rules will be fully respected.
