Paralympic medalists Ochkhikidze and Japaridze welcomed at Tbilisi airport

Paralympic medalists Giga Ochkhikidze and Ana Japaridze were warmly welcomed at Tbilisi airport upon their return from Paris.
Giga Ochkhikidze, the Paralympic champion in the Shot Put, expressed his gratitude: “Thank you very much for all the love and support, I really did not expect such a reception. Congratulations, this medal belongs to Georgia.”
Ana Japaridze, who earned a bronze medal in taekwondo, shared her emotions: “It is very difficult for me to express my feelings in words. It is a great happiness when you bring the name of your country to such a level. I am doubly happy because Georgians have never had such a result in para-taekwondo.”
