Paraglider dies after plunging into ravine in Gudauri; helicopter crashes during rescue operation

A paraglider, 25, has died after falling into a ravine in Gudauri while a Georgian border police helicopter crashed during a rescue operation, the Emergency Management Service reported.

The crew members, rescuers and medics were on board.

More details will be given later, the Georgian Interior Ministry noted.
