Painting of Zdanevych bothers destroyed

The painting of Zdanevych brothers located in a cellar of one of the trade objects under so-called Officers’ House in Tbilisi is destroyed.

Cultural Heritage Agency reports that the specialists inspected the cellar. According to Sandro Rubashvili, restoration specialist, the 20 square-meter wall is erased and the painting cannot be subjected to restoration.

Nikoloz Antidze, Head of Cultural Heritage Agency tags the fact as ‘vandalism’ and claims that it will not remain unpunished.
