Out of 14 new COVID-19 cases, 2 are linked to Gachiani cluster, 9 represent contacts of confirmed cases, 3 are imported

Out of the 14 new COVID-19 cases reported in Georgia, 2 are linked to Gachiani cluster, 9 represent contacts of the already confirmed cases and 3 are imported – said Marina Ezugbaia, Medical Director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infectious Diseases.

According to Ezugbaia, the health condition of 8 COVID-19 infected patients is critical. There are 194 patients placed at Covid Centers. Their health condition is of moderate gravity.

Georgia reported 14 new cases of novel coronavirus (covid-19), bringing the total number of infected people to 1264, according to StopCov.ge, special webpage created by the Georgian government.
