Ukrainian observers say they detected no major violations so far that could affect the free elections.
They spoke about “minor irregularities”, including ruined bulletins and cases when the bulletins were called void.
“The country faces a tense political environment, but it is not notable in the districts,” Giorgi Chizhov said.
