New rules for replacing foreign driving license with Georgian one entered into force
On the basis of the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Service Agency made changes to the rules of replacing foreign driving licensees with Georgian ones, the relevant changes have entered into force starting from today.
As press service of the Minister of Internal Affairs reports, according to new regulations, citizens can change their foreign driving license if they have continuously lived in Georgia for at least 185 days.
In order to replace the driver’s license, the citizen of Georgia who has a valid driving license issued by a foreign country can submit the relevant documents to the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
