Never pull back in defending core values - statehood and Christianity, PM vows
“We are starting regional election meetings in Mtskheta, the first capital of the United Georgia, in the city where Georgia was declared a Christian state,” stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Wednesday.
According to the Head of the Government, “Statehood and Christianity are the two key values for which the Georgian people have never stopped a selfless struggle, and to protect it, we should not back down in any step.”
As Kobakhidze noted, “the Georgian people always chose in favor of peace, freedom, independence and sovereignty, so since 2012, the Georgian Dream has won eight elections.”
“Fortunately, the Georgian people have always chosen in favor of peace, freedom, independence, sovereignty, democracy and economic advancement,” the PM added.
