Negotiations are ongoing with an armed and drunk person, who is shut in a flat in one of the blocks of apartments in Varketili district of Tbilisi.
Vazha Siradze, Head of Patrol Police Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) said that the person, being under influence of alcohol, had made several shots.
Nobody was injured in the shooting. Other family members of the armed man are safe. The man has no demands.
