Acting President of the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), Natia Turnava, met with Timur Suleymanov, the Governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, during her visit to Kazakhstan.
The heads of the two national banks signed a memorandum of cooperation, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the sustainability of financial systems in the Middle Corridor countries.
In the memorandum, both parties recognized the value of expanding and strengthening bilateral cooperation, considering their shared aspirations for a more productive and effective partnership. This includes exchanging information, sharing experiences, and collaborating on best practices in central banking.
