NATO Parliamentary Assembly to adopt declaration in support of Georgia

The declaration on Georgia will clearly state that NATO and NATO Parliamentary Assembly are firmly supporting Georgia, – Paolo Alli, President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly said to media representatives.

The declaration supporting Georgia’s Euro Atlantic aspiration will be adopted within NATO Parliamentary Assembly spring session on May 29.

“We are very interested to demonstrate our commitment toward Georgia. The declaration is still under consideration. It clearly states that NATO, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly strongly supports Georgia. We will give NATO recommendations. We will also recommend to strengthen further relations with Georgia, “- Paolo Alli said.
